Shipping Policy

All items ship within 5 business days unless an item is a specified preorder. Once your package is marked shipped we have no control over delivery status. Once your item is shipped you will automatically receive tracking information. We are unable to replace lost or stolen packages at this time. Please contact the courier directly for missing or stolen packages. Please file a claim directly with them for reimbursement or for a replacement. We are also not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please be sure to enter the correct address.

 

Processing Time

• Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order to ship. You will receive a notification via email when your order ships out.
• It takes 3-5 business days to process all

U.S orders

• Orders within the U.S. ship for a flat rate of only $9!!
• Orders to Canada may take up to 14 business days to arrive.
• Due to our products being completely handmade, products will not be shipped by Express Priority Mail.
• All orders are shipped by USPS. Some orders may take 5-7 business days to process and ship due to delays in shipping with USPS.
• A tracking number will be sent within 48 hours after your order has been shipped
